The holy month of Ramadan started and there are long hours of Fasting to be kept without drinking water. It is of Supreme Importance that one should take care of their health, as, it's important to keep the Body Detox for the whole day. I am sharing a simple Health Detox Drink that is super-easy to make and I am sure that it will help in keeping your body hydrated for the whole Day.
Lemon and Mint

Let's Begin with the Ingredients required:


  • 1.5 Ltr of Fresh Water.
  • Sliced Lemon - 100g of raw Lemon gives you 29 kcal of energy and packed up with Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and Vitamin C.
  • Sliced Orange - 100g of Orange gives you 47 kcal of energy and packed up with Vitamin C and Vitamin E.
  • Sliced Strawberry - 100g of Orange gives you 33 kcal of energy and packed up with Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.
  • Mint Leaves.

How to Prepare?

Lemon and Mint Drink


Take a Big Jug with 1.5ltr of water and put all the above ingredients one by one as mentioned above. Please make sure that you use the two main ingredients - Lemon & Orange. You may use, Indian Mousoumbee(Green Orange) as a substitute of Orange. 

Keep all the ingredients soaked together and leave it as it is for 3-4 Hours. This drink should be ideally prepared at Night and left inside Fridge for the whole night.  Filter the clear drink, pour in a glass and enjoy drinking. 
You should Drink a Glass full before you begin your Fasting. This will keep you energized for the whole Day, keep you dehydrated and help in detoxifying your body
This drink will help in Weight Loss, enjoy!
